PerceptiMed Pharmacy Sales Consultant

Territory: California

The sales consultant is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining profitable growth within the territory and executing on overarching sales and corporate objectives.

The sales consultant will manage the entire sales/buying process, including lead generation, qualification, solution development/presentation, negotiations and close, leveraging supporting resources such as marketing, clinical and technical sales. The sales are into individual and small independent groups of stores in the U.S. retail pharmacy market. The sales consultant will be focused on:

• Automation & Will Call Technology in the US Retail Pharmacy environment aligned with the end to end Solution for Dispensing Medication Safety, Workflow Efficiency and Inventory Management
• Playing a key role as account leader incorporating Project Management along with implementation and the selling process
• Aligning with the PerceptiMed organization to bring the voice of the customer to the organization and work with key customers to deliver new and innovative solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 to 10 years previous direct sales experience
• Proven Track Record in outstanding sales performance and/or in building new markets/territories
• Pharmacy automation, software and/or workflow experience preferred

• Strong customer focus and solution orientation
• Highly-motivated, execution-focused leader with the ability to evangelize a new innovation
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Passion for commercializing early-stage opportunities
• >70% Travel required in role
